BeautyTech starts here! I have implemented a chat-bot in my salons
I have recently implemented a chat bot in my beauty business on top of other technological solutions that we already have (payment gateway, e-commerce, online scheduling, automatic write-off of consumables with a forecast of the next order, automation of salaries based on KPIs, management reports, subscription model, google ads with 0.15 Eur / per click and huge conversion rates, efficient SMM).

I would not lie if I say that at least in Europe I haven't seen anything like this (with this level of automation) in retail services. I would be thankful if you share examples in case you saw them in your country (maybe not in beauty, but in private clinic or vet or anywhere else, just not in finance).

In 1 day our bot processes 190 messages, which include the following scenarios :
- reminding about the visit and confirming it or cancelling
- creating a new booking and sending details to the customer
- giving information about services, prices and discounts
- reminding about the balance of subscription when it's about to finish
- requesting a feedback after the visit and (only if positive - post it on our page, can be also done on TrustPilot or Google)
- reminding that the client hasn't booked the next procedure and it's been more than 2 weeks
- cross selling in a programmed ways (for now I have « client spent more than 250 in March-April on massages and hasn't ever tried hairdressing services with a template « thank you for using our massage services, would you like to try a haircut with our perfect hairdresser? »)

I can track a conversion of all the templates on a daily basis (for example: how many cross-sells were sent, how many delivered, how many opened, how many bookings for a proposed service were done and how many visits (shows)

In fact for me it's a test if I can live without an administrator at all. My current one is being promoted to operational manager and she'd better to focus on more strategic things (all the reports should match, the equipment should be maintained well, staff should have optimised schedule, consumables should be ordered on time).

But if a concept « no admin » is workable it means that I can open salons in the countries where I don't speak the language (let's say German part of Switzerland) having low Ops at the beginning.
