KP Pay - my team helped newly established EMI to go live!
I joined the project in November 2022 and my goal was to launch a regulated business from scratch.
I love this project and the team because guys know what they are building! Thanks to the decades of experience in corporate and legal services and their solid customer database, they perfectly understand the needs of underbanked SMEs.
My goal was to help the Management team to define the strategy and the steps for its execution.
We worked out the action plan and in less than 6 months rolled out to production. No more words - just check it!

This is a little teaser that KP Pay is going to be live next week. This is one of the fastest launches our team has done so far - it took 5 months to build the infrastructure, onboarding, KYC/KYB, some integrations with payment providers, launch mobile apps etc.
I love this project for a variety of reasons:
- founder with clear vision of strategy and product based on tens years of experience working with SMEs provides real insights on how the product should look like
- a lovely team of T-shaped people that made an execution of the strategy efficient and fast
- it's always quite exciting to built something from scratch
