Learning plan for Fintech executives
After moving from corporations to startups I really miss a consistent learning plan. It was great when an HR business partner planned the development of your competencies, advised you on which areas you need to improve this year. In addition, courses and programs were already carefully selected. When you are on your own - you are planning your conferences and educational program, which can be a pain.
Those who work in startups - how do you select postgrad programs for yourself and your employees? Where do you look for the programs you want to take?
I just signed up for the "Certified Crypto Finance Expert" course taking place in Zurich and I'm super excited about it! Other programs I plan to attend this year include:

- ICA ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING CERTIFICATE by the University of Manchester
- Harvard University - Fintech Online Short Course (6 weeks)

Basically for me the requirements were simple - I just want to gain specific knowledge in industries where I am not a certified specialist and which thrive and will continue to thrive in the coming years - this is crypto and AML

I went through a bit of frustration while studying some business school programs. I wanted to diversify my knowledge with something modern, but at the same time practically applicable, and not just listen to general words. The websites of the top (at least European) business schools disappointed me when I saw who would teach "disruptive technologies in banking", "The Age of Digital Transformation" and other programs - for the most part these are people who have never even worked in industry, but have been teaching all their lives.

If someone can recommend interesting full-time EMEA programs - I'd love to hear your advice! If there is something online in the USA, I will also listen with pleasure!
